一、Accommodation
1.Within 24 hours after arriving in China, new international students must go to the police station (public Security Bureau) to apply for the <Registration Form of Temporary Residence for Visitors from Overseas>. Hereinafter referred to as Registration Form.
2.Generally, international students should live in the international student apartment of the university. If they really need to live off-campus, they must register for off-campus accommodation at the public security Bureau of the rental house.
Required materials:
1). Rental agreement
2). A copy of the owner's ID card
3). Copy of the landlord's house ownership certificate
4).Passport
3.Students who apply for new passports and visas should register for newRegistration Format the police station (public Security Bureau) within 24 hours after they get their passports back.
4.Each newRegistration Form(copy) must be submitted to the International StudentsOffice.
二、Physical Examination
New students should go to Shenyang Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau for physical examination or physical examination reexamination as soon as possible after entering China, and apply for residence permit after passing the examination. The international Student College will arrange the physical examination after the freshmen are enrolled.

三、Visa and Residence Permit
1. After being admitted by our school, international students should apply for study (X1) visa at the Local Chinese Embassy with the Admission Notice, Visa Application Form (JW202 form) and Physical Examination Recordfor Foreign Students to Study in China .
2. International students should apply for residence permit within 30 days after theyarrived at China andhave paid the fees.Student visas and residence permits are generally valid for the same period of time as registration, with a maximum of one year.

3.International students from other provinces and cities who apply for admission to our school should provide the transfer certificate of the original school. Upon arrival in Shenyang, the applicant shall cancel the original residence permit and apply for a new residence permit at the Exit and Entry Administration Office of Shenyang Public Security Bureau within the validity period.
If students want to transfer to another school, they need to provide an offer letter from the new school before they can issue a transfer certificate.
4.International Students Office pays close attention to the validity of student visas and residence permits, and urges international students to go through the extension procedures on time.
International students should pay attention to the validity of their visas and residence permits. They should apply to the International Students Office for extension two weeks before the validity of visas and residence permits expires. If the semester ends, the visa and residence permits should be handled within half a month before the school holidays.
In principle, students who have graduated and left school will not be allowed to apply for visa extension.
The punishment for illegal residence shall be borne by student himself.
5.If an international student drops out of school, suspends school or is expelled from the university, the residence permit will be cancelled and the student will be ordered to leave the country for a period of time.
International students should leave China before their residence permit expires after the normal completion of their studies.
6.All kinds of visas and certificates shall not be altered, transferred or damaged, and violators will be punished. If you lose your passport, you should report it to the international Student Office and the exit and Entry Administration office of the local public Security Bureau on the same day. You should get the "Passport loss certificate" in time and apply for a new passport to your embassy or consulate in China. Then you should go to the Exit and Entry Administration Office of Shenyang Public Security Bureau to apply for a new visa and residence permit. The alteration procedures should be handled immediately after obtaining the new passport.
7.The extension of Visa and residence permit students should pay the fees according to the provisions of the public Security Bureau, all fees (including transportation fees) are borne by the students themselves.
8. International students should bring their passports and student Id Cards with them when they go out for inspection.
